F&L Pet Resort Inc. was started by Phyllis (a.k.a. "PIF") and Nancy
in 1987. With financing paper work done, we broke ground in the fall of 1987 and opened for business on May 1, 1988.
Cathy joined us as a business partner in 2002. She worked many years as an O.T. while
showing her dogs in both obedience & agility.
Our goal was and still is today: To offer a Top Quality pet care service that is Clean, Bright, and where each pet
receives individual attention daily. Because we are totally indoors, each pet is looked at and handled several times
each day (unlike indoor/outdoor setups) where the pets are usually not individually handled). We get to know each pet's
personality. Runs are cleaned as many times each day as is necessary to remove, dirt, hair, etc.
This is why our facility not only looks clean but also smells clean. We take great pride in our ability
to provide this service to your pets for you. We understand that your pets are not just animals, but your family.
When you leave your pet with us they become our family too!


Julie (pictured left), Julie worked for us before and we are delighted to have
her back with us!
Mike (pictured right). Mike is quite the cat fancier and
with his prior work experience he is a great asset to us.
Kayla (pictured right), being active military sometimes we
have to share her, with Uncle Sam. We did not see much of her in 2009 and
she is scheduled to be deployed sometime in 2010. Our thoughts and prayers are with her.
Luke (pictured left). Luke moved here from Colorado where he worked for Rogue Valley
Humane Society (a no kill shelter). He wasl also involved with the Josephine County Spay and
Neuter program.
Joy (pictured left). We are excited to have Joy with us. Her background has made
her the ideal person to join us in giving top quailty care to our boarders.
VIP=Very Important Pet:
All our VIP guests are treated to very special, private and personalized service.
Easy listening music is piped in for their listening pleasure. Canine guests enjoy
romping in our 20' x 35'play areas three times per day, individually.
Your VIP is our VIP. We pride ourselves in being animal lovers and appreciate
the special personality of each of our guests. We strive VERY hard to keep a
spotless facility at all times.
Should we feel that for any reason your pet needs veterinary attention we will
make every attempt to contact your regular veterinarian. However, if we feel
that we have an emergency situation and your vet is not immediately available
we may contact another.
We are not responsible for items that you leave get lost or your pet chews up.
Bedding is changed and washed daily, so any extra bedding you do bring
MUST be machine washable. If the item is a large dog pillow, the cover MUST
be removable.
